Tabata Plates

30/45 minutes of HIIT training. Quick 25 second bursts of high intensity training followed by 10 sec of recovery (cycle). 56 cycles complete the Tabata class, followed by stretching. This activity will lengthen the time of active calorie burn after workout is complete.

Hot Yoga

A vinyasa flow with a high temperature to lengthen the muscles and allow for a deeper and more therapeutic stretch. You’ll need a towel and water to stay hydrated in the heat! Hip hop  getting fit in this one hour one-of-a-kind format. You don’t need to know how to dance. All moves are broken down into easy choreography you’ll love to learn.

Body Barre
