I have being doing crossfit at SBMS for a little over two years. I signed up for the twice a week plan. I have always been a runner and been active, but was wanting to do more. It is pretty safe to say that I had seen a barbell, but had never touched one(it was apparent).The trainers have from day one taught me and encouraged me. My New Years resolution that first year was to do a pull-up. It’s probably the only New Years resolution I have ever kept!
The workouts are challenging and varied. I love that I keep learning and improving. It’s fun to look a see what the workout is going to be and if it’s something that is not your favorite, knowing that others will be there to get through it with you. I have also meet a lot of people through SBMS. We support and cheer each other on. It’s a no judgement zone. I truly do love SBMS CrossFit!
